Important: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on phmystic. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations, and we verify the age of every player during the registration process.

phmystic accepts the following Philippine government-issued IDs for identity verification:

No. phmystic strictly allows only one account per player. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses. You can update certain details — like your email address or mobile number — directly from your Account Settings page after logging in. For changes to your legal name, date of birth, or other identity-linked information, you will need to contact our support team and provide supporting documentation. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). phmystic does not currently accept cryptocurrency or international payment methods.

The minimum deposit at phmystic is ₱100 for most payment methods including GCash and PayMaya. For bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank, the minimum deposit may be higher depending on the bank's own transfer limits. Deposits are credited to your phmystic account instantly in most cases, though bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during peak hours.

Withdrawal processing times at phmystic depend on your chosen method:
  • GCash / PayMaya: Usually within 1 to 3 hours after approval
  • BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete full identity verification. Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may take slightly longer to process. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

Withdrawal requests may be declined for several reasons:
  • Your identity verification is incomplete or pending

No. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to real money by meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
